About us
Hello there! Please allow me to introduce myself: my name is Alexandra and I am a detail freak who loves pastel colors. No, really. I also have a real, very boring and detail oriented job - in engineering. I love dealing with numbers and understanding how to build things, and at the same time I really enjoy sewing little dolls - they help me bring little fantasy characters to life.
One of my favourite parts of making dolls is finding new materials and fabrics. Using natural wool stuffing for example - wool is such a warm fiber that brings a little bit of life into everything it touches.
I mainly work with Tilda fabrics, which have the advantage of being chemically certified and free from harmful substances. Other materials I like using include organic cotton lace and acryllic yarn. They come in many colorful combinations.
Every doll comes in different prints and hair colors, with removable dresses and unique embroidery. Every doll's face has an unique embroidered crown, and I do my best to never repeat the motif. So you can be sure every doll is unique.
On top of everything, I think safety is just as important as beauty, so each doll is CE safety certified according to the applicable toy safety requirements. Behind every creation is a love of slow craftsmanship, nature, and the simple magic of something made by hand.
